Valencia Jones is currently the Associate Vice President of Sales – Personal Lines for the Western Region.  She and her team are Field associates, working from their homes.  Valencia began her career as a Field Claim Representative and has a total of 16 years claims experience. In 1996, she joined Allied Insurance as a Field Property Claims Specialist, serving in this capacity for 9 years. In 2004, Valencia transitioned from Claims to Sales where she continued to assume increasing responsibilities as Sales Manager and Sales Director prior to her current role as Sales AVP.

In addition to being an active proponent and member of several ARG’s, Mentorship and Developmental programs, she serves on the Boards of Directors for a nonprofit organization in her community and a Community Financial Institution.

Valencia is a graduate of the University of the Pacific, has her AIC and CPCU designations.  She lives in Stockton with her husband, Norman and is the proud mother of two adult daughters.
