Lory has been part of the Nationwide family since 1997, where she has held a variety of leadership roles both in operations and marketing. In her current role, she designs and executes go-to-market strategies to engage and support diverse communities across the U.S. focused on economic inclusion, housing and education.

Lory’s experience includes underwriting, project management, strategic development, and consumer experience.

Lory is passionate about helping build stronger communities and served on the Mount Carmel College of Nursing board as well as the advisory board of Latinx Space for Enrichment and Research (LASER) in Columbus, Ohio. Lory also served as the president of the National Latino Alliance Employee Resource Group at Nationwide for 3 years. During her tenure as president, the ERG more than doubled its membership base and expanded its footprint to include 3 additional regional chapters.
