Shannon Cragg Vice President, Personal Lines

Shannon Cragg is Vice President, Personal Lines Claims, Technical. In this role, Shannon has accountability for leading the Material Damage, Casualty and Property Technical teams. Additional responsibilities include leadership of enterprise shared services for Catastrophe Operations, National Recovery and Special Investigations teams.

Shannon joined Nationwide in 2017 and has served in a variety of leadership positions throughout in all areas of personal lines claims including centralized and field teams, technical and vendor management, litigation management, and national catastrophe. Prior to joining Nationwide, Shannon had various claim leadership roles at Travelers and Safeco Insurance. She began her career in legislative branches of state government (Tennessee). Shannon is also a member of the Board of Directors for Arbitration Forums.

Shannon received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University and has a Masters in Public Administration from Tennessee State University.
