As a Senior Consultant, Marketing Integration at Nationwide, Melissa Viscomi equips insurance distribution partners at firms, networks and independent agencies with the strategies, tools and insights they need to elevate their digital marketing acumen and inspire greater performance potential. Through Agency Forward thought leadership articles, live webinars and interactive workshops, she focuses on making digital marketing more accessible, actionable and results-driven for agencies and financial professionals. 

Prior to joining Nationwide, Melissa served as Vice President of Digital Display and Social Media Marketing on Wells Fargo’s Credit Card Acquisition team, where she helped build direct-to-consumer digital channels and prospecting strategies that fueled product line growth.  

Melissa previously advanced digital acquisition at Farmers Insurance, leading digital display and social media efforts supporting direct-to-consumer lead gen for the exclusive agency force.  Earlier in her career, she held roles in television and within the IPG network at The Martin Agency. 

Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Messiah University. Notable professional accomplishments include a Trending Top 10 placement on YouTube for sponsored influencer content and she is named on three U.S. patents related to predictive modeling and customer engagement in financial services.
