Andre leads all technical aspects related to property evaluations. This includes training; report review; standardization; and consulting involving structure fire, fire protection, special hazards and wildfire evaluation.

Prior to Nationwide, Andre worked in insurance, specializing in property/fire. His background includes Factory Mutual Engineering, Chubb, and The Travelers Companies. In addition, he was also a firefighter, a fire investigator and a fire chief.

Andre graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in Engineering. He holds a Professional Engineer registration in the states of Ohio and Arizona.
