Tracey Ruffalo Southeast PL Sales Director

Tracey leads a team of Personal Lines Territorial Sales Managers. She joined the Nationwide organization in 2020 as a Territorial Sales Manager before moving into her current leadership role as Southeast PL Sales Director in 2022. In her current role, Tracey is responsible for working with the sales team to drive growth, profitability, retention and executing regional and national key strategies. She’s also responsible for managing 3 large relationships from a field sales perspective (Relation, FCAA, and Highstreet Partners).

Her background in the Property & Casualty space has been exclusively in the IA channel for over 25 years. She’s held various positions with major national carriers such as Travelers, Hartford, Liberty Mutual, and GMAC/NatGen. Her roles have included leadership, field sales, project management, and role development. She’s also worked within an agency as an operations manager.
